Orders
We only sell online. We accept VISA/MC/PayPal using the PayPal portal.
Returns
All returns must be authorized in advance and shipped to us freight pre-paid. Shipping will be reimbursed if the error is our fault. Merchandise returned that is not our fault will be subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee. Products used or altered in any way are not returnable. All sales are final after 30-days.
Prices and Price Changes
Due to price increases from our suppliers we must reserve the right to change prices without notice. We are not responsible for catalog printing errors and reserve the right to make corrections.
Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS ground. Very large orders, or oversized shipments, will be shipped by truck and a separate truck shipment fee may be added. We only ship to the Continental U.S. All military bases are excluded, as are post office boxes. Shipping terms are FOB. Insurance claims must be made directly with the carrier.
Back Orders
Back orders are rare but sometimes they happen. We will notify you of any delay in shipping and provide the expected ship date. You will also be given the option to delete or add items.
Refused Shipments
Any shipment refused without authorization will be subject to original freight charges and 25% restocking fee.
FAX Orders
Use the FAX Order Form from the “weldtab.com Catalog” to FAX orders. We will confirm your order by return FAX or email and arrange PayPal payment before shipment.
Warranty & Limits of Liability
The following is made in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. Weldtab.com or its parent company will not be liable for personal or property damage caused by the use or misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of those who purchase from us and their customers to select an appropriate application for the parts and to install them or have them installed by certified welders. Claims against the company shall be limited to a refund or credit for the actual price paid for the product. We are not responsible for buyer’s or manufacturing costs, labor, alternate purchase, extra freight, lost profit, good will, recall costs or other incidental or consequential damages. There are no understandings, agreements, representations or warranties expressed or implied, including any regarding warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, not specified herein, respecting the sale of any of our products.
Should you receive a defective or incorrect item, every effort will be made to promptly correct the error to your satisfaction.
